How Does timed ticketing work? Each general admission ticket has a designated 1/2-hour time frame to enter into the queue. You will not be allowed to enter until the start of your window. Example: If you bought a ticket for the 8pm slot you cannot enter before 8pm. Your designated arrival time would be anywhere between 8pm-8:30pm.
-
Is there an age limit? We recommend Dark Hour for ages 10 & up. We do not allow anyone under the age of 5. Each guest must be able to walk on their own, not carried (we are wheelchair accessible). As a parent, please use your best discretion.
-
Are you open if it’s raining?YES. We are always open rain or shine. Dark Hour is 100% indoors and climate controlled with a large portion of the queue indoors during Halloween season.
-
Is Dark Hour handicap accessible?Yes, although there are certain areas that may have to be by-passed. We do provide a character escort to make navigating the dark hallways as smooth and yet as terrifying as possible.
-
Do you charge for parking? No. We offer free paved parking around the haunted house. On busier nights, our lot may fill up but there is usually available parking nearby. Please be respectful of our neighbors and do not park in any reserved spots.
-
How large of a group can enter the haunted house? The maximum group size is 8 people, but please keep in mind that this is self-paced show and not everyone travels the same speed when scared.
